BREAKFAST BURRITO

A flour tortilla filled with scrambled eggs, black beans and a choice of avocado, grilled veggies, local Sunnyside Meats chorizo or tinga chicken. Smothered with green chili and garnished with cheddar, lettuce, and tomato. Served with country potatoes.

AVOCADO BURRITO

Scrambled eggs, avocado and black beans wrapped in a flour tortilla. Smothered with spicy pork green chili, topped with cheddar, and pico de gallo.

HUEVOS RANCHEROS

Corn tortillas stacked with a choice of tinga chicken or local Sunnyside Meats chorizo, black beans, two eggs, and two eggs over medium. Smothered with green chili and garnished with cheddar, lettuce, and tomato. Served with potatoes.

MEXICAN SCRAMBLE

Two eggs scrambled with local Sunnyside Meats chorizo or tinga chicken, salsa, corn chips, onions and cheddar. Topped with green chili and served with potatoes and corn tortilla.

GARDEN OMELET

Three egg omelette with broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, peppers, onion, tomato, and cheddar. Served with arugula salad and lemon vinaigrette.

SUPER MARIO’S OMELET

Three egg omelette with bacon, Hatch green chiles, cheddar. Topped with avocado, served with whole wheat toast.

GREEN CHILE PHILLY OMELET

Three egg omelette with chopped chipotle steak, Hatch green chiles, onions, peppers, smothered with cheese sauce. Served with whole wheat toast.

BISCUIT BOWL

Sausage, scrambled eggs, cheddar, green chili, and sausage gravy. Served in a biscuit bowl on a bed of potatoes.

SPINACH FETA SCRAMBLE

Three eggs scrambled with feta, onions, spinach. Topped with hollandaise sauce. Served with whole wheat toast.

Three eggs scrambled with spinach, broccoli, zucchini, Bragg’s sauce. Served with arugula salad and lemon vinaigrette.
