TUESDAY

BREAKFAST – COBB OMELETTE

An omelet filled with bacon, chicken, blue cheese crumbles, onion, avocado, garnished with tomato and served with arugula salad with lemon vinaigrette.

LUNCH/DINNER – CHICKEN SOUVLAKI

Greek marinated seared skewered chicken, olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, field greens, warm pita, Greek feta dressing

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST – IN-HOUSE SMOKED SALMON BENEDICT

In-house smoked salmon, tomato,arugula and capers, dill horseradish hollandaise, english muffin, Carver potatoes.

LUNCH/DINNER – BURGER AND A BEER

Black angus beef smash burger patties, bacon, hatch green chilies, white cheddar, chipotle
aioli , lettuce, tomato, onion on a brioche bun with choice of side and a free beer.

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST – ROASTED SWEET POTATO HASH AND EGGS

Roasted sweet potatoes, bacon, manchego with eggs your way and toast.

LUNCH/DINNER – COLORADO STUFFED LAMB BURGER

Colorado Ground lamb stuffed with feta on lettuce tomato and brioche bun with tzatziki
sauce with choice of side.

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST – COLORADO HASH

Ham, onion and red pepper sautéed with 2 eggs cooked your way country potatoes and topped with cheddar and Poblano cream sauce. Served with flour tortilla .

LUNCH – SALTED BEEF GYRO

Pan seared hickory salted beef, tomato, Tzatziki, shredded lettuce and pita
with choice of side.

DINNER – CATCH OF THE DAY

BREAKFAST – CHICKEN FRIED STEAK AND EGGS

Chicken fried steak and eggs your way, sausage gravy and country .

LUNCH – CARVERS CAESAR WRAP

Chicken, Monterey jack cheese, Caesar dressing, lettuce tomato on flour tortilla with
choice of side.

DINNER – HALF RACK OF BABY BACK RIBS

House made baby back ribs, blue cheese coleslaw, corn cob, sidewinder potatoes.
